As the solo Executive Director of a literacy nonprofit, I need help creating a clear strategic starting plan that prioritizes which systems and strategies to tackle first.

Deliverables:
- Sequence steps for building a basic marketing and communications plan to attract funders and volunteers.
- Outline actions to strengthen board development and committee structure.
- Recommend sustainable volunteer and admin systems to support programs and reduce workload.

This project will help me focus limited time and resources on the most impactful activities, strengthening our ability to recruit support, expand capacity, and serve more students with literacy and mentorship programs.

I’ll come prepared with background information on current operations, fundraising efforts, and volunteer recruitment strategies, as well as clear questions. The goal is an actionable, step-by-step plan I can immediately apply.
