We’re seeking a skilled Android Developer to help us design, develop, or modernize our mobile application, ensuring that our programs, services, and impact are easily accessible to anyone, anywhere. As the majority of mobile users worldwide rely on Android devices, building a robust Android app will dramatically increase our reach and deepen engagement with the communities we serve.

The volunteer will support us by:

Building or Enhancing Our Android App: Create a functional, intuitive, and visually engaging mobile experience that connects users to our mission.

Developing Key Features: Integrate essential tools such as event calendars, volunteer sign-ups, donation portals, push notifications, and resource directories.

Optimizing Performance and Accessibility: Ensure the app is responsive, secure, and user-friendly across different devices and screen sizes.

Creating Documentation for Ongoing Use: Provide basic technical documentation so our internal team can manage and update the app after the project concludes.

With just 2–5 hours a week over several weeks, your expertise will help us put life-changing resources and opportunities directly into the hands of those who need them most.
