Work with our team to audit the current Mailchimp newsletter and produce a mobile-first, easy-to-read template. Deliver a responsive Mailchimp template or edits, concise editorial layout and style guidelines for daily use, and a short checklist for the editor. Specifics will be discussed with volunteers.

A clearer, mobile-friendly newsletter will help FāVS News reach and retain more readers across faith and non-faith communities, increase engagement with daily journalism, and support stronger online and offline community connections. Volunteers’ work will directly improve access to our reporting and help grow the audience.

We redesigned the newsletter and our editor produces it daily, and we have subscriber feedback about mobile readability. Volunteers will collaborate with the editor to review examples and feedback, iterate on templates, and hand off a finalized template and guidelines. Details and access will be provided during scoping.
