A refreshed website design focused on increasing clicks to priority project pages and improving donation conversions. The volunteer will propose information architecture, page templates, or wireframes, and practical implementation recommendations. Specifics will be discussed with volunteers.

A clearer, more engaging website will help Utah Open Lands reach donors and landowners, increase visibility of conserved projects, and accelerate preservation and stewardship of open space. Volunteers will directly support fundraising and outreach that protect Utah’s natural heritage, community agriculture, and conserve open space for future generations.

We have organizational support to update the site and will provide current site details, a list of priority projects, brand assets, and a single staff contact to collaborate. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews and our team is committed to reviewing and implementing the recommended changes.

Utah Open Lands (UOL) is a 501c(3) nonprofit Accredited land trust conservation association. Our mission is to preserve, protect and steward open space in order to maintain Utah’s natural heritage and quality of life for present and future generations. This is achieved by assisting private landowners, government agencies and communities in the voluntary preservation of the agricultural, scenic, recreational, historic and wildlife values of open land.
