We are looking to create a cohesive marketing plan that will promote awareness and engagement around our upcoming fundraising event (the Playmakers Classic) which will be held on February 18, 2026. We are looking for help in identifying what messages we promote when, and how.
Our nonprofit uses this event as the main way to raise private support. Next year is our 30th anniversary year and we want this fundraising event (which is attended by 100+ professional baseball players) to become a signature event for our organization.
We have prepared for this project by engaging a new outside event production company, and cultivating more stakeholders around our organization.
