We are seeking a volunteer to review our current program offerings and outreach efforts and produce an actionable advertising and client-recruitment plan. Deliverables include an analysis of strengths and gaps, recommended target audiences, sample messaging, channel strategies, and a simple implementation roadmap.

This work will help ShinePoint expand the reach of diabetes prevention education and recruit more participants to group and individual sessions, supporting behavior change and reducing health disparities. By improving how we advertise services, volunteers will help connect underserved community members, families, and partners to culturally relevant prevention programs.

We will share our current outreach examples, event schedules, and speaking engagement context and collaborate with the volunteer during scheduled check-ins. Success is a prioritized, easy-to-follow marketing plan with messaging templates and a short implementation checklist our team can use to begin recruiting clients. Specifics will be defined with the volunteer.
