Multi-Year Budget & Forecasting: Develop a five-year operating budget projecting revenues, expenses, and funding sources.

Cost Analysis & Program Expenses: Analyze real program costs per participant and identify cost-recovery needs.

Resource Allocation & Scenario Modeling: Build models to guide growth planning under different scenarios.

Fundraising Targets & Financial Sustainability: Translate the budget into annual fundraising targets.

Reporting: Create a clear, user-friendly dashboard (e.g., Excel-based).

This work will strengthen TRI's financial planning and sustainability, enabling confident growth of programs that activate Black youth as civic leaders. Clear cost analysis and fundraising targets will help allocate resources, pursue funding, and scale social-emotional supports and civic opportunities for youth.

Further details will be provided, but we are a new nonprofit with a lot of momentum and would like to better understand our funding climate. We will collaborate with volunteers to share available financial and program inputs, current understanding of program costs, revenue streams, financial reserves, and clarify key assumptions.
