Create a communications strategy that includes a messaging guide and an outreach plan for collaboration with the national association in Kenya to highlight women in leadership in law. Deliverables may include key messages, channel recommendations, and simple templates; details will be provided.

This work will help the IAWJ and its Kenyan partner amplify women judges' leadership, strengthen advocacy for gender equality and human rights, and increase visibility for initiatives that support women in law. Volunteers will directly help elevate voices and engagement in these programs.

Details about stakeholders, existing materials, and timelines will be provided during volunteer interviews. Our team and the Kenyan association will participate in regular check-ins, review drafts, and use the final materials in outreach to ensure locally appropriate implementation.
