Design a coordinated set of print and digital assets for the June 2 gala, including: save-the-date, letterhead banner (Word/Google Doc), sponsorship reservation form, website and LinkedIn banners (specified sizes), social media templates and editable Canva images, Mailchimp banner, printed and digital invitation, double-sided program, and PowerPoint templates. Specifics can be discussed with the volunteer.

These assets will raise awareness, support fundraising, and highlight honorees and sponsors to help Day One engage supporters across NYC. Strong, on-brand materials will strengthen outreach and event participation, directly supporting Day One’s work to end dating abuse and support young people.

The gala date (June 2) and required asset list are confirmed. Final copy, brand files, logos, image assets, and approval timelines will be provided and discussed during onboarding. Our team will be available for regular reviews and to implement final files.
