Develop a concise digital marketing plan focused on reaching 14–19-year-olds with positive, healthy messaging. The volunteer will help define audience segments, content themes, recommended digital channels, and measurement ideas. Specific channels, timelines, and budgets will be defined in collaboration with the volunteer.

This plan will help the organization raise awareness among 14–19-year-olds about free professional and peer coaching, promote positive messaging around health, well-being, and life skills, and improve engagement and access to services globally. Volunteers will directly support outreach that connects teens to supportive coaching. Our goal is to create a movement that draws teens to coaching.

Details will be provided during interviews. Our team will collaborate closely with the volunteer, designate a point of contact, and work together to refine audience insights and existing materials so recommendations can be implemented effectively.
