Develop a research report to refine the organization's focal areas and invite more innovation into its work. The report should identify key funding needs within the Dharmic space and highlight organizations currently leading in those areas. The research may also include initiatives from other faith traditions and suggest types of programs the organization could fund and promote.

This project will enable the organization to target its mission more effectively and pursue innovative, transformative work for the Dharmic Faith.

The volunteer will collaborate one-on-one with organizational leadership, with additional guidance and resources provided by the board as needed.

Our mission is to preserve and promote Dharmic culture worldwide by establishing a permanent and growing capital base. The Dharma Endowment Fund raises a permanent source of capital through tax-optimized donations, invests it in Dharmically screened financial instruments to generate returns, and distributes those returns via grants to support global Dharmic initiatives while preserving the original capital.
