Create a reusable, on-brand email template for the organization's first subscriber send. Deliverables include a visual mockup and the preferred implementation format (HTML/CSS or editable design file). Layout, sections, and format will be finalized with the volunteer during kickoff.

A polished, consistent email template will help the Dharma Endowment Fund communicate with supporters, raise a permanent capital base, and promote Dharmic initiatives. Volunteers will enable clearer donor engagement, stronger fundraising outreach, and better stewardship of grants that support global Dharmic work.

We will provide context and necessary details during the project. The volunteer will iterate on mockups, incorporate feedback in regular check-ins, and deliver the final template along with implementation notes for the first send.
