Partner with a volunteer coach to create a personalized executive development plan and learning roadmap. This may include prioritized leadership competencies, short coaching sessions, and a recommended set of resources and exercises. Specific schedule and goals will be finalized with the volunteer.

Stronger executive leadership will help the Dharma Endowment Fund grow and steward a permanent capital base, improve fundraising and donor stewardship, and more effectively distribute returns to support global Dharmic initiatives. Volunteers will directly build capacity that advances our mission.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will share organizational context and background materials and identify a primary participant for coaching. Our team intends to commit time for regular check-ins so the volunteer’s guidance can be applied and sustained.

Our mission is to preserve and promote Dharmic culture worldwide by establishing a permanent and growing capital base. The Dharma Endowment Fund raises a permanent source of capital through tax-optimized donations, invests it in Dharmically screened financial instruments to generate returns, and distributes those returns via grants to support global Dharmic initiatives while preserving the original capital.
