A practical philanthropy and grant fundraising plan plus hands-on help starting execution. Expected deliverables include a fundraising strategy, prioritized grant prospects, application/donor message templates, and initial draft applications or outreach steps. Specific scope and timeline will be defined with volunteers.

Diversifying revenue through philanthropy and grants will strengthen the long-term sustainability of our language and cultural immersion programs, reinforce the unique family-stay model, and increase organizational resilience so we can continue transforming lives through shared global experience and intercultural learning.

I will provide our revenue figures, program descriptions, and savings/investment context; details will be provided during interviews. Success will look like a clear, actionable fundraising plan, ready-to-submit grant drafts or templates, and agreed next steps our team can implement with volunteer guidance.
