A documented executive support strategy that assesses current needs and workflows, defines task delegation and prioritization, and includes ready-to-use templates and tools for task tracking and executive communications. Specifics about existing processes and stakeholders will be provided during volunteer intake.

A clear executive support plan will increase leadership capacity to focus on collaborative, innovative, and evidence-based program work that advances inclusive, personalized learning. Volunteers will help make leadership time more effective, enabling better programs and supports for students.

Details about current materials, volunteer roles, and availability will be provided during intake. We will collaborate with the volunteer across the 5–7 week engagement to review drafts, iterate on templates, and agree on sustainable implementation steps so the deliverables are ready for our team to use.
