Create a set of reusable design assets and templates for social media, newsletters, and the annual report to establish a cohesive visual identity. Specific formats, sizes, and quantities will be discussed with volunteers; details will be provided.

Consistent, polished design assets will help the organization communicate more clearly, attract volunteers and supporters, and strengthen community connections. These materials will support the mission by equipping everyday people to walk alongside refugees on their journey toward resilience.

Our team will collaborate closely with the volunteer, share existing communications examples, and provide timely feedback. We will define priorities together during kickoff and agree on final file handoffs and usage guidance; details will be provided.
