A volunteer mentor will help design strategic planning sessions for staff and the board. This includes guidance on agendas, facilitation techniques, and the creation of a concise strategic framework or roadmap.

A clear strategy and strengthened planning capacity will help the organization sustainably support entrepreneurs, hands-on STEM training, and maker/manufacturing activities. Volunteer guidance will improve program focus and long-term capacity to serve creators, inventors, and the broader community.

We will provide mission context, relevant background documents, and ensure staff and board participation. Volunteers will receive timely feedback and collaborate closely with the team to iterate on the strategic plan so outcomes are practical and implementable.
