A focused assessment of the Discovery Den: review the existing build, project documents, and stated goals; evaluate readiness for handoff; and produce a short written status report. Provide prioritized steps to complete the build, a simple outline of ongoing management needs after launch, and suggestions for future growth. Details will be provided.

This assessment will create a clear roadmap to finish and sustain the bilingual Discovery Den, helping the organization deliver accessible art-based wildlife education to K–8 students. Volunteers will help ensure the portal becomes a durable resource that inspires and empowers the next generation of wildlife champions.

We can provide the current project documents and our goals for reaching children online. Our small team is committed to collaborating with the volunteer, sharing context, and answering questions so recommendations are practical and implementable.

Our mission is to inspire and empower the next generation (our kids) to be champions for wildlife using art and education. We teach free classes to kids in public, private, and homeschooling environments using art activities to educate kids in K-8th grade about wildlife, including pollinators, the American Red Wolf (the most endangered wild animal in the US), bats, hellbenders, and more.
