We are seeking a volunteer to help The Women’s Collective (TWC) build the foundation of our new Salesforce CRM system. Currently, all client information is stores in paper files, making it difficult to track services, measure outcomes, and coordinate care.

With your support, we hope to design a Salesforce environment (using the Power of Us Program licenses) that reflects our processes: intake, case management, referrals, outreach, follow-up, and outcomes. We need help translating our on-the-ground processes into a clear data model, customizing core objects and workflows, and creating dashboards that allow us to monitor impact in real time.

You would work closely with our Operations Specialist and staff to gather requirements, shape the architecture, configure essential components, and outline a feasible plan to begin digitizing our paper records. Training materials or onboarding guidance would be a welcome bonus if time allows.
This project will directly strengthen how TWC serves women and girls, especially women of color, who navigate HIV risk, chronic stress, and barriers to whole-person wellness.

A functioning CRM will allow us to see each client’s full story in one place, coordinate wrap-around support more effectively, and understand which interventions make the biggest difference. It will also give us the data we need to advocate for resources, demonstrate outcomes to funders, and expand our services into a more holistic, whole-woman model of care.

Your contribution will help transform decades of paper records into actionable insight, ensuring that our community receives the consistent, trauma-informed, culturally grounded care that has defined The Women’s Collective for over 30 years.
This project has the full backing of TWC’s leadership. Our new Executive Director is committed to modernizing how TWC captures and uses data so that we can deepen our services and strengthen our impact. We have full internal buy-in, and staff are prepared to participate in structured requirements-gathering and feedback sessions throughout the project.

We have confirmed TWC’s eligibility for Salesforce’s Power of Us Program and are prepared to secure the licenses as soon as we have a volunteer partner and an agreed-upon implementation approach. In the meantime, we’ve begun organizing our physical client files and outlining our core service areas (intake, case management, support groups, referrals, etc.) so that the volunteer has a clear starting point for designing the data model and workflows.

The volunteer will have direct access to decision-makers, timely responses to questions, and a clear plan for how the CRM will be actively used once configured. This system will not be a side project - our team is ready to adopt it, refine it, and build our long-term data strategy around it.
