Develop AppleScript-based automations to create an automated client intake workflow and a file-sorting system. Explore potential integrations with Grok, Google Gemini, or Google AI Studio as appropriate. Deliverables include the scripts, basic documentation, and handoff notes. Specific requirements be finalized during volunteer interviews.

Streamlining intake and file management will free staff time for litigation, mediation, community organizing, and policy advocacy, enabling faster, more equitable service for people of color and underserved groups. Volunteer contributions will increase organizational capacity to address healthcare disparities.

The team will collaborate with the volunteer to define requirements, share sample intake forms and file examples, grant necessary access, and schedule regular check-ins to test and refine automations for adoption into organizational processes.
