Configure QuickBooks for nonprofit fiscal sponsorship, including a nonprofit-appropriate chart of accounts, fund/project tracking structure, basic reporting templates, and clear handoff documentation. Specific account details and workflows will be provided and refined with the volunteer. Looking to set up systems to have in place for years to come.

A tailored QuickBooks setup will improve how Abundant Earth Foundation tracks and reports funds for grassroots projects, increasing transparency and enabling more reliable funding for educators, regenerative farming initiatives, and social enterprises supported by the foundation.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Staff will collaborate with the volunteer to define required funds, reporting needs, and access; the volunteer will produce configuration steps, templates, and written guidance so the team can adopt the setup smoothly.

Abundant Earth Foundation has supported more than 100 grassroots projects solving environmental and social-equality issues worldwide over the past three years. These projects have included funding educators to teach people in their communities how to use local resources and indigenous seeds to grow nutritious food, conduct research and implementation of methods that restore land through regenerative farming practices, and establish social enterprises to help pull people out of poverty.
