With a volunteer, create either a clear, inclusive job description and structured interview guide, or a sourcing plan with candidate screening criteria. Specific role details, timelines, and priorities will be provided and discussed with volunteers.

Strengthening our hiring process will help recruit trained advocates who protect seniors 60+ from neglect, abuse, and fraud in Florida. Volunteers will directly increase our capacity to serve and safeguard vulnerable older adults by helping us hire the right people.

We will provide program background, role context, and any existing materials; details will be provided. Staff will collaborate with the volunteer to review drafts and integrate the final job materials into our hiring process.
