We need a Marketing & Communications star! The objective is to create a sustainable marketing and communications plan to engage, attract and retain co-ed tee ball and softball players, families, fans and sponsors within the communities we serve.

Westchester Del Rey LL is coming off an incredible year: West Region Champs, World Series appearance, Hometown News “Favorite Youth Sports” honors, and even an MLB Pitch, Hit & Run National Champion!

We’re looking for a talented volunteer to help shape our marketing plan for 2026. If you love storytelling, community, and kids’ sports, this is your chance to make a real impact.

As president of the league, I have taken responsibility for leading our marketing & communications efforts with support from a social media lead and two other volunteers.

The league has established and consistently communicated its three priorities--Kids First, Build Community, and help athletes learn to play and enjoy softball and tee ball.

The mission of Westchester Del Rey Little League is to provide a community-based environment that supports an opportunity for all players to participate, to have fun, to learn sportsmanship and respect, and to learn the rules and strategies of the game. All parents, Managers, Coaches and League Officials shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or winning of games is secondary. By espousing the virtues of character, courage, and loyalty, WDRLL strives to develop citizens rather than superior athletes.
