We are seeking a skilled volunteer to work with our Project Director to create and publish TikTok posts, optimize the Foundation's TikTok profile, and deliver a concise content and posting plan focused on audience growth. The volunteer will provide hands-on guidance for navigating TikTok features and recommend practical growth tactics. Details will be provided in interviews.

A stronger TikTok presence will amplify the Bully No More musical and resources, helping us reach more children, educators, and families to spark conversations, build empathy, and promote safer, more inclusive school environments. Volunteer support will directly increase visibility and community engagement.

We will provide account access, available assets, and a staff point person for collaboration. The Project Director will review drafts, share existing materials, and implement volunteer recommendations so guidance can be tested and scaled.
