We are seeking a volunteer to design the 2025 Annual Report including page layout, typography, and visual treatment using organization-provided content and images. Deliver a print-ready PDF and a web-optimized PDF and iterate with staff on revisions. Specifics (page count, brand files) will be discussed with volunteers.

A polished annual report will help us tell the story of how we develop female leaders through coaching youth sports, highlight participants and coaches, and inspire donors, partners, and volunteers to support our programs. Volunteers’ design skills will amplify our mission and boost recruitment and funding.

We can share the 2024 report as a reference and will provide finalized text and photos. A single staff point of contact will be available for regular feedback and approval. Brand assets and timeline details will be provided during volunteer interviews to ensure smooth collaboration.
