Social Media Content Support

Senior Wish Makers is a newly established nonprofit organization that grants wishes to low-income seniors and senior veterans. While our organization is officially launched, we have not yet opened our social media accounts and are looking for expert guidance to ensure we start strong and strategically.

The volunteer will help us:
• Identify the best platforms to launch first (Facebook and Instagram anticipated)
• Create a 30–60 day social media content calendar
• Write foundational post copy we can reuse and adapt
• Establish tone, messaging pillars, and posting cadence
• Provide best-practice guidance for an early-stage nonprofit

This project will give us a clear, sustainable framework so we can confidently manage our social media in-house after the engagement ends

This project will help us build awareness, grow community support, and ultimately allow us to fulfill more wishes for seniors who are often isolated or overlooked.

We will provide the volunteer with:
• Our mission, values, and target audience
• Website copy and branding materials
• Examples of messaging and storytelling we like
• Clear goals and timely feedback

We are committed to implementing the strategy and content created through this project immediately upon completion.
