Session Overview

The advice needed falls somewhere in the nexus between Business Planning, Brand Development, and Staff Development. Epic's in-school and after-school programming survived the pandemic by pivoting to a remote-hybrid modality that has proved very successful. As a result, new opportunities have begun to present themselves: to work well outside of NYC, for instance, with schools in places like Seattle and Arizona; but at the same time, local partners are are also looking to expand because of the high impact we're able to report. Where should we expand? How can we do it responsibly, profitably, and manageably? Who might we need to hire - possibly at an Executive level - to oversee this expansion? How do we charge the right rate that allows us to grow our staff in advance of implementation?
