1-Hour Consultation

We are a young non-profit (4 years) growing quickly. Until now we have been run by a working Board doing the bulk of the work. But it has become too much for the Board to manage and we need guidance on how to move forward in ways that allow continued growth while also reducing Board member workload. As we consider professional staff, we have never done this before and don't know what we don't know. We have questions around financial implications including how raising our administrative spend relative to our programming spend impacts our fundraising ability. We also rely heavily on close family and friends for financial support and are struggling to break into other income sources. We need help seeing what options there are for moving forward and what next steps should be.
