Help! Our small nonprofit has a board composed of talented, kind people who are incredibly busy. In the past couple of years, we've had multiple board members leave due to life events. As the nonprofit's co-founder and ED, I believe an active and stable board is critical to growing our nonprofit so that we can eventually pay people and not rely on volunteer labor. The current board and I are having a hard time identifying what needs to change to build morale and momentum. I'm hoping a consultation session can help me clarify what kind of project we should undertake to turn things around.
