We need a volunteer to help diagnose why our board has been disengaged and recommend realistic options to increase participation or to recruit and onboard new, active members. In the session we'd like guidance on governance/role expectations, practical engagement tactics for events and fundraising, and a short list of next steps we can implement. Details about current board composition and past outreach will be provided during the session.
