We need a volunteer to help us define selection criteria and an interview/assessment approach for recruiting a senior-level HR recruiter volunteer, and to co-develop a high-level blueprint for onboarding materials. The session should outline learning objectives, core modules, roles/responsibilities, and evaluation checkpoints. Specific organizational details will be provided during the session.
