Nonprofit Technology Conference: A Nonprofit Case Study in Agile

At the end of 2014, Taproot Foundation launched a tech platform with the goal of making high-quality business pro bono accessible to social change organizations regardless of location, budget, or staff size.

Over the next six years, Taproot’s lean nonprofit team has utilized the agile methodology to keep costs low while scaling the impact of an innovative tech platform. During this session, participants will hear lessons learned from our tech platform’s creator and current Product Director and best practices for nonprofit use of agile for program development and growth. They will also share insights from how their lean team has pivoted in order to meet rising user needs virtually without breaking the budget.
