Salesforce Buildout

Youth Design Center (YDC) works with thousands of youth and hundreds of partners, donors, and volunteers. We need help building and optimizing Salesforce (or a different CRM) to better organize contact information and track outcome data.

We’re looking for a CRM expert who can build a Salesforce that works for YDC and, ultimately, enable us to track our success in preparing disconnected youth for careers in tech and design.

We know what we want and what a CRM could do for us. We have most of the data ready to be uploaded. Once the project is complete, we’ll have either a volunteer or staff member be responsible for CRM maintenance, upgrades, and continued optimization.
