Conduct a Financial Analysis

Help us strengthen our financial management practices! We are looking for a volunteer finance professional to assess our current financial situation, pricing strategy, and risk factors.

Based on your assessment of our organization's financial status, this project could also include conducting a financial reforecasting exercise. We'd also benefit from a volunteer's recommendations for creating a ‘rainy day fund,’ best practices for achieving a healthy annual surplus, or creating financial scenarios for periods of increased community need.

We predict that this finance project will take from 36-48 hours to complete. We're hoping that our pro bono partner will share three to five hours of their time each week with our team.

Financial management is of key importance to our nonprofit. It allows UVC to function by giving us the means to carry out our mission as satisfactorily as possible. Volunteering and assisting us will allow you to be an integral part of the expansion of our nonprofit and its mission.

You will be working directly with the Program Director to help increase UVC's profitability with a deep dive into our budget within QuickBooks. Meetings to implement your work will be scheduled weekly on a Zoom Platform. Join us in carrying out our mission of child abuse prevention and safety.
