AirTable Updates & Recommendations

We need support with creating a new AirTable base to better address our needs regarding activity and outreach tracking of our Produce prescription participants.

We are experiencing challenges successfully implementing certain features including linking tables, having updated records in one table be updated in another, deleting matching records when a record is created in one table, and if a record is created, copying it into another table. We would love your expertise in creating these automations, as it would enable us to reach our participants more easily when we need to, such as with program requirements and changes.

DC Greens’ PRx program allows medical professionals to prescribe fresh fruit and vegetables to food insecure patients diagnosed with a diet-related chronic illness. Eligible Medicaid recipients are provided monthly funds to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at participating grocery stores. AirTable is vital to tracking participants' activity, whether enrolled or disenrolled, as well as allows us to monitor our outreach to large groups of participants. Due to the volume of participants we serve, automation is necessary to ensure efficiency as participants enroll, disenroll, and outreach is conducted differently throughout the year. We are excited to be connected with a volunteer who can brainstorm the most effective ways to utilize Airtable for our new program needs!

DC Greens' PRx program has been utilizing AirTable for years now so we have some familiarity. Although, we have a new program model that greatly impacts how we will use AirTable moving forward. We have also already created the new AirTable base, with needed columns tables, and limited features such as column formulas, filtering, sorting, grouping, etc. With a new base built out, we can begin to track our outreach and prepare for the first round of disenrollments. Our disenrollment process looks very different than in the past and automation within our AirTable base will enable us track who is coming in and out of our program. This is vital information for us to continue to get funding for our program.
