Grant Writing Support for Performing Arts Nonprofit

We're looking for a volunteer grant writer to help secure the funding we need for our programs and to reach more people in need. We want to launch a capital campaign to support our Building Dreams campaign, we have signed a contingency agreement for what could possibly be our new home, and we could use extra support to help along the way throughout our development project to redevelop and acquire a historic building in Kansas City.

Project activities will include:
-Researching and identifying 5-10 grant opportunities that align with our mission.
-Collaborating with our team to gather essential information and data for a grant proposal template. This template should effectively communicate our impact and vision.

We've assembled a dedicated team, outlined clear objectives, and developed a detailed plan with milestones and resources. We've assessed potential risks and established effective communication channels. We're fully compliant with all relevant regulations and ready to execute the project.

We're executing tasks per the plan, ensuring quality control, monitoring progress, and addressing any emerging risks. Our communication is ongoing, and we're documenting activities for future reference and evaluation. We'll conclude with thorough testing, evaluation, and a comprehensive project closure process.

The campaign is set to launch as soon as possible to help achieve our goals and objectives and support the organization's future sustainability. We have a list of donors and addresses and are willing to take the advice of the pro bono professional moving forward to stay on the same path of strengthening current relationships while building new ones.
