Digital Content Organization Support

BAGT is looking for a volunteer to join our marketing team! We're looking for someone who enjoys environmental topics and who has at least two years of experience using Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets). We need someone who has extensive experience organizing digital content such as image and video assets.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the organization of marketing project assets such as digital marketing files, image and video asset files, social media content files
- Performing online research to support marketing efforts
- When possible, assist with social media and website content updates
- General support to the marketing team: as needed, assist with initiatives and campaigns

Your profile:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills - project management certification a plus!
- Experience handling video, photo, and print files for distribution
- Experience managing and archiving files within Google Suite for marketing
- Prior marketing, social media, and communications experience a plus
- Experience with Canva and Flipcause a plus
- Passionate about environmental issues and solutions for the future!
