The Nia Association is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance our organizational governance and leadership. We are seeking skilled volunteers to actively contribute to our Board Development and Recruitment Initiative, a pivotal project aimed at strengthening the foundation of our organization for sustainable growth and impact.

By participating in the Board Development and Recruitment Initiative, volunteers will play a vital role in shaping the future of the Nia Association, ensuring its continued success in fulfilling its mission.

Implementation Plan for the Project:

Selection and Training Process:
