Website Imagery Review & Implementation

We need a volunteer with an eye for visual storytelling and who can implement our website's wireframes in Squarespace. This volunteer will: (1) use existing Figma files and site content that we've already crafted to develop our updated Squarespace site and (2) perform an audit of our website images to help us ensure that our graphics/photos are effectively communicating our messaging and our brand.

You will work with a small team to bring our mission to life through the new website launch and the careful selection of appropriate images. This project will help us to more effectively spread awareness about our mission and our approach and inspire individuals to engage with us. The designer must be proficient in graphic design tools and techniques.

Jalawelo serves some of the most vulnerable individuals and communities in Jamaica. Your contribution as a visual designer has the power to inspire change and make an impact in people's lives. Your input and your design will serve as a catalyst for change and will help us inspire like-minded changemakers to engage with us.

We already have a Figma wireframe design and content for the website. We also have a style guide to share with our volunteer, and we will also share our mission, our message, and our approach. We have been bouncing ideas around and even playing with a few visual concepts, but we need input and direction from an expert visual/graphics designer to help us with Squarespace and to take our ideas and output to the next level.
