Ad Design (InDesign)

Our nonprofit needs a graphic design volunteer to help produce an ad using InDesign.

Willow Creek Church hosts a Global Leadership Summit each year that is streamed to hundreds of locations around the country including several major prison facilities. We (Lifeline) have an opportunity to place an ad in the Leadership Summit Notebook that each participant receives. This has the potential to reach 20,000+ inmates and make them aware of our Malachi Dads program (offered via their prison chaplain or via video on a prison authorized tablet.)

I have produced a mockup of the ad in Canva and need someone to reproduce it in InDesign, then export the file as a PDF. I will provide all the unique Lifeline assets and text. It is a full page ad in a small notebook, 5.25" x 8.25 portrait orientation. There is lots of room for your creative input. I will also provide our brand guide and specs for the ad. The only caveat is that it is due to me by May 20. On the other hand, it is a very simple project. I just do not have the InDesign skills to do it. I'm a photo/video guy, not a designer :)

Lifeline Global Ministries (http://LifelineGlobal.org) helps to train and equip incarcerated moms and dads to become better parents from behind bars. Our Malachi Dads (for men) and Hannah's Gift (for women) are the primary curriculum we use to help them take steps toward reconciliation with their children. This simple ad could change the life of a man in prison!

I've done the basic concept as seen in the pdf below. I have the photo and copy ready. The final pdf will be sent to the Willow Creek Global Leadership Summit people for inclusion in their Summit Notebook.
