Help us develop a brand identity for our nonprofit!

We hope to have a consistent brand that we can use with newsletters, direct marketing, web design, and shows that our agency should be nonprofits' first call when it comes to IT/tech support, consulting, and education. We also want to demonstrate that our agency is doing phenomenal boots-on-the-ground work when it comes to digital equity (providing free computer classes, laptops, and tech repair to low-income seniors and families).

We have a logo, brand colors and preferred fonts/shapes but we're not sure where to go from here in regards to branding our outreach materials/marketing. We're looking to connect with 1) more nonprofit tech support clients, and 2) donors who can support our digital equity work.

Our small nonprofit has provided top-notch IT/tech support to over 130 nonprofits in our area since 1996, and we get most of our clients via word of mouth --but we hear "I've never even heard of you!" all the time, even among nonprofit folks. Many of our existing customers are even unfamiliar with the list of services we offer. We need your help to get noticed and get the word out about our services and community programs! We want people to know 1) we exist, 2) what we do, and 3) how to get help or how to get involved.We have a logo, our preferred colors, favorite shapes & fonts, but any flyers or outreach materials we make still look amateur and boring so we need professional help with branding & templates so we can easily produce professional-looking mailers, flyers, brochures, etc.
