We are looking for a volunteer to provide us with a maximum of 30 hours of effort to develop a series of social media content focussed a specific strategy (to be provided by us upon project match). Through this campaign, we are hoping to engage a specific set of target audiences.

Using this content we are looking to deliver a specific message establishing our identity. We can provide tools like Canva (for graphics), promo.ai (for videos) as needed. We are not expecting posting or managing the account as a part of this collaboration with the expert. We will look for suggestions from the expert about optimal scheduling frequency to maximize the impact of our story.

First of all, thank you for considering our project. We truly admire your generosity. We are a research-focused social enterprise dedicated to improving health outcomes at the grassroots level. Our research has highlighted the critical issue of "last-mile delivery of care" prevalent within our healthcare ecosystem. We aim to address this challenge by developing & deploying a unique patient engagement infrastructure that empowers healthcare providers to maximize the impact of their care. Your support will directly contribute to shaping the future of healthcare in the US.

Moreover, you can gain valuable experience by helping us refine and execute our social media strategy to reach a demographic typically untapped by Google advertising.

Our nonprofit emerged out of over 12 months of research, surveys, and other observations. Backed by over 2 decades of experience in the healthcare sector. We have developed a strategy document to build engagement with the community members and healthcare professionals building significant incentives for each of our target segment to engage with us. Now, we are looking to execute this strategy via social media that requires your invaluable expertise. We believe the output is a series of posts tying together a consistent narrative/story helping us to invigorate and build a social media base thus promoting our mission. Based on the messaging/content, we will use tools like Canva, Buffer, etc., to schedule those posts.

Two out of three Americans grapple with at least one chronic disease, a staggering statistic that exceeds all projections. Given that more than half of patients hesitate to ask their providers questions, unsure of their concerns' significance, it’s no wonder chronic illnesses are on the rise in the U.S. Knock Cares is a patient-centric social enterprise, committed to improving health outcomes by empowering healthcare professionals with the next generation patient engagement solutions thus creating the only last mile delivery of care infrastructure.
