Forestdale, Inc. is a child welfare agency that goes to great lengths to ensure that children and youth are afforded the fundamental assets needed to thrive: a safe and loving home, high-caliber education, health literacy and, ultimately, the inner resources and practical tools with which to realize their highest aspirations. Serving more than 1,500 families annually, we help young people heal after the trauma of abuse and neglect through foster care programs. In addition, we help families avert foster care placement, equip fathers to blossom as parents, and help teen parents develop parenting skills while pursuing educational and vocational goals.
