Develop Board Onboarding Materials

We currently don't have a solid board or associated materials. We would like for a volunteer to help us develop an onboarding packet with essential documents. Help us prepare a proposal or documents to share with potential board members.

A comprehensive onboarding process helps new board members acclimate quickly and contribute effectively. Providing key documents and training is critical to familiarize them with the organization’s culture and operations. We need someone to assist us in developing a board performance plan with measurable goals.

Previously we did develop an evaluation framework and schedule annual performance reviews. Would like to use evaluation results to create action plans for improvement or create a new way to review and evaluate.
