How could our nonprofit use technology/AI to build a stronger and more efficient infrastructure? We need your help answering that question!

We're looking for someone to evaluate and advise us about our technology tools and operations strategy. Our team will share a detailed description of our existing systems and the tools we use for email, file sharing, program management, web hosting, volunteer management, and customer relationship management (CRM). After assessing our basic needs and goals, you'll make high-level recommendations to our team about ways to improve some of our basic processes, streamline workflows, or identify tools we can transition to/ grow into as we mature. This project is a priority for us at this time as our resources are very limited. We are actively searching for ways we can optimize what resources we have. We are aware there are many AI and technology tools available but need help navigating the options. Your help with this will directly and significantly enhance the impact we are able to make on the margninalized communities we work with.To prepare for our conversation, we're ready to brief you on the key technology platforms we use to run our organization. Please note, our organization primarily utilizes Microsoft Business and Monday.com. We will prove you the necessary information for you to make recommendations for tech solutions based on our team and budget size.
