Employee Handbook Review & Updates
Our nonprofit needs someone to review our organization's handbook. The handbook was last been updated in 2015 so there are a lot of changes and updates that may be necessary.
Prior to 2021, Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden did not have standarized HR, so there are a lot of policies and protocols that have been unwritten. We are working towards navigating our organization to better support our employees and need support on making sure it is done correctly.
The handbook is already written, we just need someone to review it to ensure that the language is correct and the policies and laws are up to date and legal.
