How could our nonprofit use technology to build a stronger infrastructure? We need your help answering that question!

We're looking for someone to evaluate and advise us about our technology tools. Our team will share a detailed description of our existing systems and the tools we use for email, file sharing, program management, web hosting, web design, and customer relationship management (CRM). After assessing our basic needs, you'll make high-level recommendations to our team about ways to improve some of our basic processes or identify tools we can grow into as we mature. You'll need to keep our team, which is remote, and budget size in mind when considering tech solutions.

Our organization has grown over the past five years, from 4 people to 14. Our headquarters are in a work share space, but most staff are remote working from throughout the NY Metro area, and in different states across the country. As we've grown, we've added different tools and upgraded subscriptions. Staff use the tools they are most comfortable even if it's not necessarily widely used by other staffers. It's made it difficult because we're not even sure we're using what's best for the organization. Can you help this legacy organization meet the demands of a remote workforce that needs the technology, but also needs to keep costs down?

To prepare for our conversation, we're ready to brief you on the key technology platforms we use to run our organization.
