Implement Web Design Updates (Kajabi)
We are seeking a skilled web developer to evaluate our current website (built on Kajabi) making necessary changes to align the site with our updated brand identity. The volunteer will assess our goals and needs while considering our key audiences to enhance user experience and engagement. We have had a group of graduate students complete a user testing project and have a list of recommendations for changes that we need to make. Now we would love for a skilled developer that can work with Kajabi (our current website system) to make these changes!
The project will unfold over four to five weeks (maximum), involving multiple meetings. In our initial meeting, the volunteer will conduct an interview to understand our desired features, assess our web capabilities, and gauge our technical expertise. Following this, we will hold check-ins to gather feedback from our team members.
The volunteer will take the student feedback from the user testing project and collaborate on creating a draft of site architecture and proposed changes and be able to implement those changes. Importantly, the ideal candidate should be familiar with Kajabi to implement the necessary changes effectively. This project presents an excellent opportunity for a volunteer to contribute to our mission while enhancing our digital presence.

As we prepare for exciting national media exposure, we want our website to be top-notch and ready to impress! Your expertise will play a crucial role in evaluating our current site, incorporating feedback from user testing, and implementing changes that enhance user experience and engagement. This is your chance to create a digital presence that truly reflects our commitment to empowering the next generation of female athletes.
Over the next four to six weeks, you will collaborate with our team through various meetings, including an initial interview to discuss our desired features and web capabilities. We’ll engage in ongoing check-ins to ensure your vision aligns with our goals. By joining us, you’ll contribute to a cause that makes a real difference while honing your skills in a supportive environment. Help us create a stunning website that showcases our programs and prepares us for the spotlight. Together, we can amplify our mission and inspire girls nationwide!
Project Preparations and Implementation Plan:
We are well-prepared for this project and have gathered essential information to brief you on our current website platform and branding standards. We have a clear understanding of our stakeholder groups and target audiences, which will guide the design process.
Our library of high-quality photos is ready to enhance visual storytelling on the site. We recognize the need for brand alignment, as some pages currently utilize different fonts. Our goal is to create a cohesive look and feel that reflects our mission.
Additionally, we have conducted user testing project and have full details of the project to share. This input will be instrumental in informing design decisions and implementing suggested changes effectively. Once the project is complete, we will review the new site collectively to ensure it meets our organizational goals and resonates with our audience.
