Our nonprofit would like to complete a SWOT analysis as we prepare for the development of our strategic plan. The SWOT will help us further understand how to better differentiate our nonprofit from others in the field and leverage differentiation in our messaging.

We are a brand new nonprofit that needs to build from the ground up. There are only two of us and I am the President. Our nonprofit and 501c3 were filed 2 months ago. This is a great opportunity to contribute to America's first cookbook library with American Library Association membership. Our website is nicenicebite.org. Thank you for considering us!

Once complete, we will use the SWOT analysis in our strategic plan to secure corporate donation and commence fundraising at the individual level. This is all part of a larger initiative to finalize our strategy.
