Email Marketing Volunteer

We are seeking a volunteer to create an eye-catching email template that will capture a reader’s attention and motivate them to click on our call to action. Our organization would like to use Constant Contact Mailchimp. This template design may include the following:

- Header image
- Definition of standard font type, size, and color
- Call to action button design
- Section for body text layout and alignment
- Design for highlighting key stats or quotes
- Footer design, complete with links to our social media channels, unsubscribe method, address, etc.
- Mobile-friendly formatting to ensure readability on all devices
- Instructions on how to use the template effectively

An updated email template will strengthen our outreach efforts and increase awareness of our work.

Help us get the good, the bad, and the urgent word out about the mistreatment of seniors! We're looking for a volunteer to assist with our email outreach project. Your role will involve crafting compelling emails to raise awareness about elder neglect, abuse, and fraud, and to rally support for our advocacy work.

Through this project, you’ll help us engage with our supporters, drive donations, and mobilize action to protect vulnerable seniors. If you’re passionate about communication and want to make a tangible impact, join us in spreading the word and creating positive change!

We are committed to setting this project up for success by preparing the tools and resources a volunteer will need from the start. We have a dedicated team member who will provide you with examples of emails we like, as well as our logo, colors, and brand guidelines. Our team has already gathered program descriptions, success stories, and audience insights that can serve as source content for email campaigns.

To keep the process smooth, we will maintain open communication, give timely feedback, and ensure that the volunteer’s recommendations are directly applied to our outreach efforts. Every email template, strategy, and best practice they develop will be integrated into our ongoing communications plan, so their work continues to strengthen engagement long after the project concludes.
